Our tea compresses were created by an obstetrician to provide soothing hot packs for chapped or cracked nipples. Each pre-filled pack is ready to be reconstituted and applied for absolute nipple TLC.
Each pack contains 10 compresses.
Nipples can become chapped, sore and cracked while nursing. A little TLC is in order. These obstetrician created tea compresses are specially formulated with time-honored ingredients. Simply steep 1 bag in a cup of warm water for about five minutes to allow the salts to dissolve and the herbs to rehydrate. Apply the warm compress or dip the nipples in the tea for 10-15 minutes after nursing to soothe and calm angry nipples. Rinse afterward so the baby doesn’t taste the salt. For best results, apply Nipple Balm after drying the nipples.
