Each bag contains 10 packs
Steep a Peri Pack in a cup of warm water for about five minutes to dissolve the salts and rehydrate the oats and herbs. After your sitz bath, apply the warm pack against the perineum and hemorrhoids with a warm cloth over the pack for 10 to 15 minutes to soothe and rejuvenate.
