Shipping & Returns 

Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final.

Our ultimate goal is for you to be happy with your purchase. We do have samples of all of our products available. If you are uncertain about using a specific product, let us know (via our Contact page) that you are interested in a test sample, and we will work out a discounted price with you. If you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact us. We want to make sure you are using the products in the best way possible for your skin, and are introducing them with a routine that lets your skin adjust properly.

In short, email us with any questions you may have. We are happy to help, and you will hear from us within 24-48 hours.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

• Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours. You will receive an email notification when your purchase is shipped.

• We ship via USPS and charge their rates (see “terms and conditions” page for more details). We offer free US standard shipping on orders over $100.

• Orders placed before 10 am Central Time on a business day will be shipped by the next day. After 10 am, the order will be packaged and shipped within 2 business days. 

• We do not offer international shipping at this time.
